Mr. Henchel has made significant strides in his career, holding pivotal roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the president and chief operating officer at Burch Price & Associates Inc., he has been instrumental in steering the company in its mission of aiding corporations in tackling workplace issues regarding neurodiversity. This role marked a significant shift in Mr. Henchel’s career trajectory, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to making a meaningful impact beyond his initial professional domain.

Prior to his involvement with Burch Price & Associates Inc., Mr. Henchel co-founded Corporate Coffee Systems in 1985; years later it became Corporate Coffee Systems/Filter Fresh NY after one of several dozen acquisitions. Through his role there, he has eagerly seized the opportunity to give back to the neurodivergent community. He attributes his passion as the key driver behind his accomplishments—a drive that has pushed him to work long hours without becoming exhausted or losing enthusiasm. Mr. Henchel’s vision for the future is centered around contributing to the evolution of corporate America’s approach to neurodiversity.
