With the right mindset and determination, Ms. Patrick believes nothing is impossible—a perspective that strongly influenced her approach to her career and led to her success.
Moreover, Ms. Patrick firmly believes that her achievements can be attributed to the network she has created and the support she has received from it. Looking forward, Ms. Patrick aims to expand her influence beyond her immediate community and lead a department committed to change by focusing on partnerships across financial businesses and compliance.
As the market evolves faster than regulations, Ms. Patrick aspires to be a powerful force behind establishing these regulations through partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. Driven by her goal to be at the forefront of emerging technology and controls within the regulated space of payments and beyond, Ms. Patrick remains committed to promoting responsible innovation through education and regulatory partnerships within the next five years.
