The success of Ariel Ashton Events LLC can be traced back to Ms. Anderson’s strong work ethic and her notable history in marketing and customer service. Prior to establishing Ariel Ashton Events, Ms. Anderson began her career at the young age of 13, working as a candy sales associate at Pierre’s Chocolates from 2005 to 2012. Thereafter, she transitioned to working in the restaurant industry—initially as a hostess—before being promoted to an events and marketing coordinator and brand merchandising manager between 2012 and 2017. During that period of time, she concurrently worked as an administrative assistant at Cashmere Salon from 2015 to 2016.
In 2017, Ms. Anderson joined Bucks-Mont Party Rental as an event consultant, a position she held until 2020. During her tenure there, she simultaneously gained experience in the event space by working as a catering server for Max Hansen Caterer, a position she stepped into starting in 2017 and continues to devote time to. From 2020 to 2022, Ms. Anderson expanded her expertise by serving as an event planner, senior rental consultant and director of operations at Tents Party Rentals.
All in all, Ms. Anderson gained a wealth of professional experience working in various positions in the entertainment, hospitality, customer service and events spaces, which equipped her with the insight and knowledge needed to start her own event planning business. Additionally—outside of her vast work experience—Ms. Anderson earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2016. Overall, Ms. Anderson attributes much of her success to her clients and her dedicated staff who play crucial roles in ensuring that every event is flawlessly executed.
Since founding Ariel Ashton Events, with the vision of building a diversified business empire, Ms. Anderson’s team has grown to now include content creators, seamstresses, emergency medical technicians, writers, videographers and photographers, each of whom brings their specialized skills to the table. Additionally, Ms. Anderson is hoping to set up a foundation in the future to provide financial support for wedding and event planners to help eliminate the industry gap between seasonal and full year business. Ultimately, Ms. Anderson’s goal is to continue expanding the reach of her business and to gain broader recognition in the industry she is most passionate about. Outside of her professional life, Ms. Anderson enjoys spending time and traveling with her fiancé, family and friends, as well as her beloved black cat, Capri.
