Before his current position, Mr. Gardner was affiliated with Worldwide Express from 2013 to 2021. He began his career as an account executive, where he excelled by building strong client relationships and achieving significant sales targets. In 2016, Mr. Gardner transitioned into the role of field sales manager, where he managed field sales activities and strategies. From 2017 to 2021, he demonstrated his leadership skills as an area sales manager. In this capacity, he oversaw sales operations and drove growth within his designated area. Encouraged by his mother to join Worldwide Express, Mr. Gardner quickly made a name for himself by establishing markets in Columbia Missouri, and Fayetteville Arkansas before returning to Springfield Missouri.
Mr. Gardner’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in biology and chemistry with an emphasis in mathematics and a minor in global studies from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri, since 2013. Initially enrolled in a pre-medical program, he pivoted to a career in sales after recognizing the financial challenges of pursuing medicine.
Active in his professional community, Mr. Gardner maintains membership in the Quarter Million Dollar Club, the President’s Club at Worldwide Express and the Elite Club at Worldwide Express. Additionally, he is involved in Enactus and the American Chemical Society, among other organizations.
Mr. Gardner’s commitment to community service is evident through his contributions to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He also built flower bed gardens for an impoverished elementary school, demonstrating his dedication to giving back to society, and was a volunteer laboratory technician at Cox Hospital.
Besides his primary career endeavors, Mr. Gardner is involved in real estate and multiple other endeavors. Looking ahead, he aims to expand his team of sales managers significantly and grow the Unishippers franchise while seizing every opportunity that comes his way. Mr. Gardner also envisions leveraging his expertise as a business consultant to help struggling businesses overcome their challenges.
Throughout his career, Mr. Gardner has been recognized for his outstanding performance.
