Concurrently with that role, he has offered his services as a real estate broker and team leader for Northside Realty since 2007. In his positions for RDU Homes For You and Northside Realty, Mr. Iuliucci leads a team of real estate ninjas, working with a wide range of buyers and sellers. Prior to entering the real estate business, Mr. Iuliucci began his career as a mortgage loan officer in 1988. In his early professional life, he pursued his passion for rock music, working for Peaches Entertainment and eventually founding his own successful independent record label, Blind Armadillo Recordings and its related booking agency.
To remain aware of developments affecting his field, Mr. Iuliucci has maintained professional affiliations with several pertinent organizations. He currently participates as a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, where he has been invited to join the Top Producers Council. Mr. Iuliucci’s educational foundation includes an associate’s degree in music, which he earned from Sandhills College in 1986. His inspiration originated from watching his grandmother, who was also a Realtor, and his father, who worked in sales. Mr. Iuliucci credits his success to his wife’s support and mentorship from others in the real estate industry. He is motivated by the examples set by successful entrepreneurs like Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk.
Outside of his career, Mr. Iuliucci supports animal charities alongside his wife, including Cause for Paws and Second Chance Animal Rescue. He remains active in the world of music and enjoys attending concerts. Looking to the future, Mr. Iuliucci is eager to expand RDU Homes For You’s business, with a goal of doubling its volume. He is currently growing the company’s reach beyond Raleigh and into the Fayetteville market, with plans to extend across eastern and coastal North Carolina. Mr. Iuliucci is exploring to find the right strategy for these investments as he prepares for the next phase of an already impressive career.
