He joined Ericsson in 2013 as a BSS/charging support engineer in Egypt, focusing on resolving charging and revenue network issues before his immigration to the United States in 2021 to support his career ambitions.
Previously, Mr. Wahba worked as a Revenue Assurance Consultant with the prestigious WeDo Consulting in Portugal and Mobinil, an Orascom Telecom Holding subsidiary in the Middle East, back in 2007. During these tenures, Mr. Wahba collaborated with operators across the Middle East and Southern Europe.
To prepare for his career, Mr. Wahba pursued higher education at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, graduating with honors in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in electronics and communications. He then attended Nile University to pursue a master’s degree in big data engineering; however, to focus on a business-oriented lifestyle, he resolved to enter the workforce during the peak of data analytics just before the emergence of artificial intelligence platforms. With many certifications to his credit, Mr. Wahba most recently proctors assessments for cloud native and infrastructure advanced certifications for Ericsson Design Units & Market Areas in 2024.
