Mr. Graulich, founder and sole owner of Graulich Builders, has established himself as a prominent figure in the construction industry. With over 25 years of personal and professional experience, he has demonstrated expertise in residential and commercial building, high-end custom homes, construction management and land development. His company’s role encompasses design, building, and developing. He handles sales and contracts, manages business operations, and oversees various other routine functions. Mr. Graulich is also involved from the project’s inception through construction. He has built a management team to handle all aspects of construction and development.
Having grown up in the building industry and beginning his career as a carpenter for a custom builder in Delaware, Mr. Graulich advanced to site supervisor and project manager roles. In 2007, he pivoted to form Graulich Builders amidst an economic turndown after recognizing financial instability. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in navigating the complexities of starting and growing a successful business. Before transitioning into civilian roles, Mr. Graulich honorably served in the U.S. Navy from 2001 to 2004, where he achieved the rank of E-4 as a Master-at-Arms, stationed overseas in Guam. He graduated top of his division in Boot Camp, earning a Letter of Commendation and advancing to E-3.
In addition to his professional achievements, he is actively involved in civic organizations as a Sponsor for Rally for First Responders, a donor to police-fire initiatives, and a continued supporter for other specific community fundraising initiatives.
Throughout his career, Mr. Graulich achieved significant milestones. Notably, he earned recognition in Architectural Digest magazine which included an article about his business in one of their editions. In 2009, he was the general contractor for a custom home project that received LEED certification and won the Best Green Built Home Regal Award from the Home Builder’s Association and was the first Gold LEED certified home in Delaware. Inspired by an upbringing in a family involved in woodworking and carpentry, Mr. Graulich developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and hands-on work. He attributes his success to integrity, honesty, skill, and meaningful connections with individuals and businesses, particularly his wife and family, who allowed him to pursue his career wholeheartedly.
Focused on expanding his business model while exploring new investment opportunities, Mr. Graulich has partnered and established American Storage of Delaware which is in the development and construction phase of two new large facilities on the Coast of Delaware. He is eager for the future of this new business venture. Additionally, Mr. Graulich is pursuing a private pilot’s license for both personal enjoyment and continuing business opportunities and growth.
