Before his tenure with Pathfinder International, Mr. Brown founded Solutions Management, successfully transforming it into a thriving enterprise. This achievement stands as a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic way of thinking. His ability to help other companies expand, launch new product initiatives, or restructure was invigorating and a source of pride for him, highlighting his capacity as an innovative leader. He thrived on involvement with leading-edge projects and possessed a unique ability to make people feel special and valued. As a curious and avid reader, he was always eager to learn more. He approached the game of squash the same way. He competed nationally and achieved a ranking of number 4 in his age group.

His interest in geo-political issues and business concepts was fueled by family discussions that sparked his curiosity about the world. At last count, he has traveled to over 70 countries. While at Rollins College, and The Crummer School of Business, he served as president of his class and fraternity, and he was involved in student government. He was also recognized as an Algernon Sydney Sullivan Scholar.
