An impressive 40-year tenure in technology includes the dotcom explosion in 2000, where Ms. Rose honed her digital skills and also excelled as a relationship investor and strategic relationship builder, forging and leveraging meaningful connections across various industries. In 2010 with the advent of faster internet speeds, she was a prominent webinar coach and wrote a book, titled, The Webinar Way. Since 2021, she has served Masterwork Ventures with distinction and concurrently, she contributes to the TEDxSanDiego team fostering ideas worth spreading.
Ms. Rose is a polymath and a continuous academic which has laid the groundwork for her professional achievements. She attended University of California Los Angeles for high-tech marketing and earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, complemented by coursework at McGill University in Montreal. Her success is attributed to perseverance, organization, strategy, methodical thinking, and data-driven decision-making. These qualities were instrumental when she came to California in 1983 to work at the LA Olympic Organizing Committee (LAOOC) where she quickly advanced from data administration to becoming a protocol officer.
Prior to arriving in Los Angeles, while coordinating events at the World University Games she had the honor of meeting influential figures of the LAOOC, as well as dignitaries such as Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Her foundational experience as a protocol officer at the Olympics for the 1984 games set the stage for her illustrious career.
Ms. Rose has presented at prestigious venues, including the historic Ashford Castle in Ireland. She served as the opening keynote speaker for the inaugural Fellow Summit of the London-based Association for Coaching, contributed to numerous virtual summits, and inspired audiences on local campuses.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Rose leads an active personal life filled with activities that nourish her mind and body. She enjoys hiking, yoga, exercising, an active spiritual practice, attending conferences, experiencing theater productions, and indulging in reading and writing books. Looking ahead, Ms. Rose has ambitious plans of authoring additional books and launching Masterwork360—a program designed to educate mature individuals on creating their ‘Masterwork’—the remarkable accomplishments attained throughout a person’s lifetime and the lifespan of their business. She envisions delivering her own TED Talk, creating a podcast to expand her personal brand, and further developing ‘enhavim’—a creative planning tool—all while continuing to shape legacies for clients following the watchwords: Champion the past, Create the present, Transform the future.
