Samsung Galaxy A14 spotted on Google Play Console: report

Samsung A14 5G, rumored to be the South Korean conglomerate’s next entry in its budget-friendly Galaxy A series, has reportedly appeared on the Google Play Console. The smartphone has also previously been spotted multiple times on Geekbench, while it has also been subject to render leaks that hinted at the design of the alleged handset. The latest discovery on the Google Play Console suggests that the Galaxy A14 5G smartphone will be powered by an Exynos 1330 SoC. The list should also provide information on the display specifications of the budget smartphone.

That Google Play console Listing for the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G was reported by MyFixGuide. According to the report, the listing indicates that the smartphone will feature an Exynos 1330 SoC, with two Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and six A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz are. The listing also allegedly suggests that the smartphone will come with a 6.8-inch Full HD+ LCD panel.

a previous one report had spotted the Galaxy A14 5G smartphone on Geekbench with the model number SM-A146P, suggesting that the smartphone might be powered by an octa-core processor with a 2+6-core configuration. This was assumed to be the MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC. However, the latest Google Play listing contradicts this prediction and instead suggests that the smartphone is reportedly powered by an Exynos 1330 SoC.

On Geekbench, the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G scored 522 points in the single-core test and 1,710 points in the multi-core test. Meanwhile an earlier one mock on Geekbench had suggested that the Galaxy A14 5G smartphone scored 770 points in the single-core test and 2,151 points in the multi-core test. This discovery also listed the smartphone as having a Mali G68 GPU and 4GB of RAM.

So was Samsung’s budget smartphone seen listed on India’s UNTIL Certification database, suggesting the handset could soon find its way into the Indian market.

Samsung’s Galaxy A14 5G was also subjected to one leak That has pushed the smartphone to have a similar flat bezel design as this Galaxy S22 with three circular cutouts on the back for camera sensors alongside an LED flash module. The design renders also suggested that the fingerprint scanner could be located in the handset’s power button. The device could be seen on the front with a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera.

However, Samsung has not confirmed any details, specifications or launch schedule of the alleged budget smartphone Galaxy A14 5G.
