Ms. Pikous attributes much of her success to the values instilled in her by her family during her upbringing in Poland. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs, she was encouraged to think big and overcome financial barriers with their support. Growing up in an environment that emphasized doing good for the community and honoring the elderly has also deeply influenced her perspective.
Outside of her career, Ms. Pikous enjoys spending time with her two children and grandchildren, listening to classical music and skiing. She is also actively involved as a volunteer and fundraiser for Cornerstone of Hope, demonstrating her commitment to civic-minded organizations.
