Before establishing his own company, Mr. Bailey contributed significantly to the field as an environmental health and safety (EHS) superintendent at Skanska from 2011 to 2016. Prior to his tenure at Skanska, Mr. Bailey served as a safety consultant for RMP Inc. from 2009 to 2011.
