Since becoming the Chief Financial Officer of Numisma Bank in 2023, Mr. Fanzini has overseen the bank’s financial operations and strategy, leveraging his extensive expertise to drive growth and innovation. His role at the bank is marked by his ability to manage a finance team of over one hundred individuals, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Fanzini served as the Chief Accounting Officer at Mistras Group Inc. from 2020 to 2023 after serving as the Global Financial Controller at Vonage for the preceding four years. His also had a significant role at TD Bank from 2010 to 2016 as Senior Vice President, Deputy Controller. His tenure at Credit Suisse from 2001 to 2010 included a role as the accounting and tax advisor for investment banking activities including corporate advisory, M&A, capital raising and other corporate finance activities.

He also holds several certifications that have been instrumental in his career achievements, including Chartered Global Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant, both from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Series 7 and Series 63 certificates from FINRA.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Fanzini is actively involved in various civic organizations. He is a board member for SureFire Capital and has been a board member of The CFO Leadership Council since 2020. His dedication to community service is also evident through his roles as Treasurer of the Holmdel Touchdown Club, coordinator of volunteers for Habitat for Humanity International, volunteer for The Barn For The Poorest Of The Poor Inc. and fundraising coordinator for United Way Worldwide.
Outside of his professional life, Mr. Fanzini enjoys spending time with his family and exercising.
