Prior to his current role, Mr. Elshire was managing director at Hudson Realty Capital, where he continued to build on his extensive experience in real estate and investment banking. Before that, he served as executive vice president at X-Caliber. His career also included 20 years in corporate finance and investment banking.
Mr. Elshire’s academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science in finance and financial management services from the Miller College of Business at Ball State University in 2003. Additionally, he holds the Securities Industry Essentials certification from FINRA, obtained in 2023.

In his personal life, Mr. Elshire enjoys cooking and traveling with his family, wife and three children. In the upcoming years, he envisions continuing to improve the health care industry.
