His career at Ford began in 2014 as a design and release engineer for both Ford Performance and Ford and Lincoln Core Engineering, where he excelled until 2017. This diverse background has shaped Mr. Turner into a versatile and results-driven leader in the boat-building and engineering industries.
Mr. Turner’s professional journey is complemented by his military service as a sergeant and squad leader in the United States Marine Corps between 2008 and 2015. During this time, he accepted distinct awards for his dedicated leadership, including being nominated for the Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year Award in 2014.
Distinguished academic credentials further define Mr. Turner’s presence in the industry. He completed a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Kansas State University in 2014 before pursuing graduate studies. He now holds a Master of Business Administration from Villanova School of Business, which he earned in 2021. Additionally, Mr. Turner’s certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt underscores his focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
