Sergio G. Aguilar oversees internal auditing processes at Rogers Group Inc.

Mr. Aguilar’s tenure at the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) from 2006 to 2007 as part of the internal audit team provided him with substantial experience in the health care industry. He also served as corporate senior of internal auditing at Praxair Mexico from 2004 to 2005, managing auditing activities for the corporation’s Mexican operations. Mr. Aguilar began his career in auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an external auditor from 2000 to 2002, gaining foundational knowledge and skills that would propel his career forward.
The foundation of Mr. Aguilar’s professional journey is rooted in his academic achievements. He earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from Tennessee State University in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and finance from Universidad La Salle in 2000. Becoming a certified public accountant in 2002 further solidified his expertise in the field. Mr. Aguilar attributes his success to his bilingualism and dedication to hard work. His proficiency in English opened doors to numerous opportunities that have significantly contributed to his professional growth.
Furthermore, Mr. Aguilar is a dedicated father with one child and harbors ambitions beyond his current professional endeavors.
