James Baldridge Jr. Celebrated for Dedication to the HVAC Industry

Drawing on years of expertise in construction and contract management, value engineering, strategic planning, and more, Mr. Baldridge excels as the owner of Premier Mechanical LLC, a licensed HVAC contractor founded in 2006. As owner, he oversees daily business operations and nearly 60 employees. Before obtaining his current role with Premier Mechanical, Mr. Baldridge was the vice president of Kilgore Industries, LP from 2007 until 2020 and an estimator and project manager for Graves Mechanical between 1993 and 2006.

An expert in his field, Mr. Baldridge completed coursework at Houston Community College and the Universal Technical Institute after graduating from Willowridge High School in 1983. While his career has been filled with standout moments, he takes the most pride in owning his business. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he attributes his success to his father’s invaluable guidance, who instilled a strong work ethic and drive to succeed. Similarly, Mr. Baldridge credits his mentor, Johnny Graves, of Graves Mechanical.
