ORLANDO, Fla. – As much as the Pro Bowl Games are about the players, it’s really about the fan experience.
With thousands of people in town for the weekend, a big event can translate into big business here in Central Florida.
Our News 6 team met fans at Camping World Stadium on Sunday who traveled to Orlando just to be here for the 2025 Pro Bowl Games. They say they wouldn’t miss out on the all-star competition.
“Very excited to see the two Manning brothers, you know, go face to face with each other in the seven on seven,” said Daniel Volpendesta, who made the trip from Fort Myers with his friends.

Jessica Rozier and her family flew in from Missouri.
“We love we love Orlando,” said Rozier. “We did SeaWorld yesterday. We love coming here.”
What’s worth the trip for the fans is what’s good for businesses looking for a boost.
From food vendors to merchandise sellers, everyone hopes for a profitable weekend.
Orlando officials estimated an economic impact of $45 million the first four years the bowl came to The City Beautiful. That includes thousands of hotel rooms that are booked.
Even blocks away, businesses like Oley’s Kitchen are serving customers who are here for the competition.
“Over the years, we have seen a significant increase in the traffic,” said manager Hensley Hinds. “But last year, we saw a decline.”
Hinds says the restaurant has been impacted by the higher cost of goods, just like many others in Central Florida. He said families who are impacted as well don’t have as much money to spend to dine out.
Local shops prepare for the crowds and take what foot traffic they can get, hoping that in years to come it gets bigger and better.
