Mr. Gausselin is principal of V3 Executive Communication, a company he founded in 2018 to streamline his extensive experience in executive coaching and communication. With a deep background in theater and performance, he applies his expertise to the business world, emphasizing strategy, delivery and preparation to enhance communication. He has collaborated with the F500 as a professional speaker, communication trainer and executive coach since 2002.

As an actor, he has performed with world-class, award-winning theater companies like Steppenwolf Theater Company in Chicago, Theatreworks at the Samuel Beckett Center in Dublin Ireland and the Theater of Moscow Southwest. A member of the Screen Actors Guild since 2006, his stage play “Loopers,” based on his experiences as a young golf caddy, is currently being adapted as a screenplay.

Mr. Gausselin’s academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in theater from the University of Illinois Chicago in 1995, where he received a talent scholarship. The following year, he was the first American accepted into the National Theater School of Ireland, the Gaiety School of Acting Professional Programme. After moving overseas to study at the esteemed school, he graduated from the two-year conservatory program in theater performance in 1998. After working professionally in Dublin as a writer, actor and director, he returned to his native Chicago and led the theatre program at Gallery 37, an elevated arts curriculum for talented Chicago public high school students.

His civic involvement includes serving two terms on the board of directors of the Jack Jablonski Foundation. He is also currently serving on the board of the Boulder Hockey Club. As Mr. Jablonski’s communication coach for more than eight years, Mr. Gausselin considers his involvement with the foundation to be his most notable and gratifying achievement. The foundation has raised over $5 million for spinal cord injury research and recovery. His dedication to these organizations reflects his commitment to making a positive impact on his community.

Throughout his career, Mr. Gausselin has been recognized for his contributions to communication and performance. In 2024 he was named one of the “Top Communications Coaches Dominating the Space” by the San Francisco Examiner. He is also a longtime member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. His creative projects include roles in television, film and the stage.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Gausselin enjoys a fulfilling, personal life with his wife, Regan, and three children, Ciarán, Shae and Grayson. He is passionate about hockey, baseball, enjoys golfing and hiking with his Rhodesian Ridgeback, Johnny Cash. Looking ahead, Mr. Gausselin plans to continue expanding his business through referrals and working with some of the most ambitious companies in the world.
