Moreover, his expertise in international sales and communications was honed during his time as director at Technifind International from 2013 to 2014. Additionally, he served as director of HR at the Visiting Nurse Association El Paso from 2012 to 2013, where he was instrumental in developing HR policies that supported organizational growth.
Leading up to these professional leadership roles, Mr. Stoltzfus occupied positions that laid the foundation for his expertise in human resources. From 2009 to 2011, he was an HR manager at Hub International, following his earlier position as client services manager and HR generalist at the same company from 2007 to 2009. His technical acumen was further developed as an HR information systems sales engineer at Vertafore from 2005 to 2007 after gaining initial experience working as an insurance agent for Sentry Insurance in 2005 and managing multiple restaurants in Las Cruces, New Mexico, from 1999 to 2005.
Along with his experience, Mr. Stoltzfus holds a Master of Business Administration in international business from The University of Texas at El Paso, completed in 2011, and a bachelor’s degree in business and finance from New Mexico State University, which he earned in 2005 and where he received the Presidential Scholarship. Together, both of these degrees have been instrumental in shaping his strategic approach to business and human resources management. Coupled with his degrees, Mr. Stoltzfus is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources®, a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional, a Professional in Human Resources and an Associate in Risk Management.
Mr. Stoltzfus’ commitment to professional excellence is further reflected through his involvement with the Society for Human Resource Management, where he served as communications chair for the Southern New Mexico chapter in 2012.
