Ms. Campbell is the president of With God Crew Inc., a nonprofit organization based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Her role is to develop and oversee the implementation of strategic plans that align with the organization’s mission and to address national and global needs effectively. Ms. Campbell collaborates closely with her Vice President, Shelia F. Wilson, who serves to ensure the organization’s mission aligns with their shared vision: “With man it is impossible, but with God all things are possible,” as well as her close counsel and mother. Ms. Campbell believes that with God’s guidance, With God Crew Inc. can empower individuals to become more self-sustainable by fostering financial, mental, and physical well-being. Before founding With God Crew, Ms. Campbell served over 20 active years in the U.S. Army, retiring as the senior non-commissioned officer communications director for the 18th Field Artillery Brigade under the XVIII Airborne Corps at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Her responsibilities included creating and overseeing communication strategies on and off the battlefield while ensuring effective information dissemination within the brigade. Her military career also included a tenure as a United States Army drill sergeant with the 3rd Infantry, 13th Battalion, at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, from 2009 to 2012. Ms. Campbell’s extensive military background spanned over two decades of active duty in the U.S. Army, including deployments to Iraq and Kuwait in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Recognizing her military service, Ms. Campbell has been decorated with prestigious awards such as the Meritorious Service Medal and Joint Service Medal, among others.
Ms. Campbell received an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Fayetteville Technical Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Society from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Howard University.
She attributes her success to her unwavering faith, which she considers central to her identity and purpose, her mother’s teachings and the love and motivation of her daughter Truth Diane. Ms. Campbell emphasizes that her life’s work is guided by divine inspiration, and she seeks to fulfill God’s purpose through her leadership at With God Crew. Her commitment to serving others is reflected in the organization’s grassroots approach to addressing community needs. Ms. Campbell envisions significant growth for With God Crew, with plans to focus on disaster relief, affordable housing solutions for the homeless population, and higher learning programs.
