As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Stracke has dedicated over three decades to the nursing profession, demonstrating a profound commitment to patient care and health care innovation. Since assuming her current role in 2021, she has been instrumental in establishing a palliative care program within the MultiCare Health System in Spokane, Washington. Her role as a palliative care advanced registered nurse practitioner involves consulting at two hospitals in the Spokane region and contributing to ongoing program development.

In addition to her primary duties, Ms. Stracke also serves on several councils that support the health system’s advanced practice roles, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants and psychiatrists. She is also a provider peer responder, offering confidential support to fellow providers within the company.

Ms. Stracke’s journey in nursing began in 1991 when she became a licensed practical nurse at the age of 18. Her career trajectory has been marked by significant milestones, including her tenure as an advanced registered nurse practitioner with MultiCare Health System since the beginning of 2015. Her expertise in palliative care and as a family nurse practitioner is widely recognized, and she has shared her knowledge as a Clinical Associate with the University of Washington and hosts medical students.
