Ms. Cruz Andreoli’s career also includes significant contributions as an IT electronic health records analyst manager at Consulate Health Care in 2017 and as a nurse educator at Abbie Pharmaceuticals in 2015. Her expertise in nursing informatics was further developed during her tenure as director of education and training at Orlando Health and Rehab in 2014.

She started her journey as a critical care nurse in the Progressive Care Unit at Veterans Affairs from 2008, where she also worked as a registered nurse until 2013. Throughout her career, Ms. Cruz Andreoli has served in multiple mentorship, education and teaching organizations reflecting her commitment to professional development and industry engagement.

Ms. Cruz Andreoli’s educational background is robust, having earned a Master of Nursing Informatics from Walden University in 2016 and a Registered Nursing Diploma from Southside Regional Medical Center in 2008. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Naturopathy at Trinity School of Natural Health, driven by her desire to offer holistic health care solutions. Her academic achievements have been instrumental in her career progression, particularly during her leadership roles in nursing informatics, electronic health records management and public health.

Her personal life is enriched by her four children and her passion for studying, reading, helping others and volunteering.
