In addition to his current role, Mr. Puthanangady has been an executive director at Lyter since 2014, where he focuses on promoting sustainability within the electrical space. From 2021 to 2022, he served as senior national manager for manufacturing and supply chain planning at Bonduelle Fresh Americas. His tenure at Bonduelle began in 2017 as a team lead for national scheduling, progressing to national manager from 2019 to 2021. Additionally, he contributed as an advisory board member for design thinking at the University of California, Riverside from 2020 to 2022.

Mr. Puthanangady’s career also includes roles such as graduate teaching assistant at the University of Southern California in 2016 and industrial engineering co-op at Adventist Health the same year. He gained valuable experience in project management and operations leadership at Reyes Holdings in 2016 and served as a student technical assistant at USC from 2015 to 2016. His early career included internships at Bharat Fritz Werner Ltd. in 2015 and Larsen & Toubro in 2013.

Academically, Mr. Puthanangady holds an executive master’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Oxford, completed in 2023. He earned a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Southern California in 2017 and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from PES University in 2015. His academic achievements are complemented by certifications including a graduate certificate in optimization and supply chain management from USC Marshall School of Business, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers and AutoCad Professional from the United Latino Students Association.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Puthanangady is actively involved with civic organizations, serving as chairman and lead of the Hope Foundation Charitable Trust. His commitment to leadership excellence has been recognized with awards such as the Leadership Excellence Award during Customer Service Week at Bonduelle Fresh Americas in 2019. He has also contributed to academic literature as the author of “Kinematic Analysis and Optimization of a 7-bar Mechanism,” published in Singularitas.

Born in Mumbai, Mr. Puthanangady enjoys astrophotography and spending time with his family outside of his professional commitments.
