After more than 12 years as a healthcare facility representative, she became Nursing Operations Manager before finally becoming Vice President and Chief Nurse in 2022. dr Specifically, Williams is an expert in medical-surgical and post-anesthetic care.

As a volunteer in her community, Dr. Williams taught and trained law enforcement, firefighters and local church workers how to identify potential sex trafficking victims. She also helped develop a curriculum to implement an anti-trafficking protocol. In addition, Dr. Williams co-founded the HOPE program that has improved and transformed the lives of many families.
dr Williams has a rich educational background, earning an associate degree in nursing in 1999, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University in 2002, a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership in 2010, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Reno in 2014. She remains a member of Chi Eta Phi and Delta Sigma Theta. To keep up to date with developments in her field, Dr. Williams Member and Past President of the Association of California Nurse Leaders.
For her expertise, Dr. Williams received a Nurse Innovation Award from the Association of California Nursing Leaders, a Susan B.
