The debut of the Realme GT Neo 5 in China is scheduled for February 9th. Ahead of its launch, Realme has unveiled several key aspects of this upcoming flagship smartphone. Now it has been confirmed that the Realme GT Neo 5 will feature a 1.5K display with a 144Hz refresh rate. In addition, there will be a Sony IMX890 main sensor, as well as features such as optical image stabilization (OIS) and Turbo RAW. The company has already announced that this phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
In a recent Weibo post, realme revealed that the Realme GT Neo 5 will have an AMOLED flat screen with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The display also supports pulse width modulation (PWM) dimming at 2,160 Hz reports have suggested that this smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch display with a punch-hole for the selfie camera.

Realme has too revealed that this upcoming mobile phone will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The back will be equipped with AG Glass technology and will offer a matte surface. It also features an LED flash module and RGB light on the back. It supports 240W SuperVOOC fast charging.
It will also come with another variant That will pack a 5,000mAh battery and support 150W fast charging. The Realme GT Neo 5 is coming fitted with a 6,580 square millimeter layer of graphene micro-nano-cavity phase change material and a 4,500 square millimeter 3D cooling chamber of tempered vapor for efficient heat dissipation.
