Don’t know how to get some of Diablo 4’s rarest items? You’re not alone. In fact, Diablo 4 lead class designer Adam Jackson was asked so many times about the action RPG’s more unusual quirks that he decided to post a helpful tweet about it.
While warning us that the coveted items are “really rare,” Jackson explained that there are currently six in the game – Andariel’s Visage, Doombringer, Harlequin Crest, Melted Heart of Selig, Ring of Starless Skies, and The Grandfather – and that they always drop at 820 item power.
Where can you find them? Jackson confirmed that “you can get them anywhere you can get a normal unique” and “they can be dropped by level 85+ enemies”.

Blizzard’s general manager of Diablo, Rod Fergusson, recently revealed this You must create a brand new character in order to participate in Diablo 4’s upcoming Battle Pass.
The Battle Pass, which is due out alongside other seasonal content in mid to late July, means your existing character won’t be able to experience the new content, leaving players to start from scratch with a brand new character. Fergusson wrote on Twitter, “In order to participate in the seasonal questline, mechanic, season journey, and battle pass, you must create a new seasonal character.”
“Perhaps the most adventurous quality of Diablo 4 is its move towards an open world in the ‘modern’ sense,” we wrote in our Diablo 4 review.
“What could have been an odd, boring space is instead a joy. Filled with intrigue and danger, the open world of Sanctuary fits Diablo’s formula like a glove, providing the space where the game’s macabre aesthetic and bold mechanical design combine beautifully.”
Blizzard has confirmed that the DDoS attacks that have plagued the games for most of the weekend are now over and the games and the Battle.net website are back to normal.
