iPhone 14 Pro Models Said to Offer 128GB Storage, Same as iPhone 13 Series

For the past few months, the iPhone 14 series has been the subject of numerous leaks and rumors. The future Apple iPhone lineup is believed to comprise four models — iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Max, and iPhone 14 Pro Max — and will be released on September 13. The iPhone 14 Pro variants were previously expected to have more storage space than prior models. They were said to start with 256GB of storage, as opposed to the 128GB of storage in the iPhone 13 Pro variants. In a surprising development, a market research researcher claims that forthcoming Pro versions will retain 128GB of storage.

Previously, TrendForce reported that the iPhone 14 Pro variants would begin with 256GB of storage. According to a fresh rumor by MacRumors, citing Haitong International Securities Tech Research Analyst Jeff Pu, the next iPhone 14 Pro models will retain the same 128GB storage capacity as their predecessors, the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro.

According to the expert, the iPhone 14 Pro models will have the same storage capacities as the iPhone 13 Pro models: 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB.

Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo predicted earlier this week that iPhone 14 Pro models will be more expensive than their predecessors. The ASP of the iPhone 14 Pro series is expected to rise by about 15% to $1,000 – $1,050 (about Rs. 79,000 – Rs. 83,000) compared to the ASP of the iPhone 13 70,900 series. The iPhone 13 Pro was released in India last year, with the base 128GB storage variant costing Rs. 1,19,900.

On September 13, Apple is likely to release the iPhone 14 series. The new A16 Bionic CPU could power the iPhone 14 Pro variants. The iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max, on the other hand, are believed to include the A15 Bionic technology found in the current iPhone 13 models.
