ALTEN announces the acquisition of Ayesa Air Control in Spain and Germany

The ALTEN Group, world leader in consulting and engineering technology, has been investing in the Spanish market since 2000 and is now strengthening its offering through the strategic acquisition of Ayesa Air Control. This alliance is a great opportunity to reinforce the Group’s presence in Spain and Germany and complete its positioning in aeronautics, defence, and space industries.

Founded in 2012, Ayesa Air Control is a joint venture between Ayesa and GSC. AAC provides engineering services throughout the entire lifecycle and strives for efficiency at every stage: from design through to delivery and O&M. Their services include specialisms such as adaptation of factories to produce new products, supporting the assembly line, delivery and flight line assistance, technological support throughout the operation, maintenance, and manufacturing stages.

ALTEN SPAIN, with more than 3,400 employees, operates in engineering, life sciences and IT services in 9 cities and provides full coverage to their customers. ALTEN operates in a wide range of sectors and works with major clients.
