Subsequently, she honed her professional knowledge by earning a master’s degree in human behavior studies from Capella University in 2013. Driven to remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, Ms. Despaigne aligns herself with several organizations, including Leadership Orange, a leadership training program based in Orange County, New York.

In conjunction with her work, Ms. Despaigne contributes to her community as a fundraiser and member of the Pine Bush Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She also dedicates herself to those less fortunate as the director of operations for Siblings Keeper’s Closet. Additionally, Ms. Despaigne is honored to have made a significant impact during her tenure as a case manager.
