Here’s how much screen time your teen should have each day

Research shows that high levels of physical activity are still not enough to offset the effects of too much screen time.

According to a study by the University of TorontoTeens should limit screen time to four hours a day, regardless of daily exercise.

The study found that adolescents with high levels of physical activity could not offset the risk of obesity with eight or more hours of screen time.

According to the study, it was also found that adolescents with less screen time and less physical activity do not offset the risk of obesity.

Doctors also recommend at least 12,000 steps a day to reduce the risk of obesity.
