Her earlier positions include Senior Director of Emerging Workforce for the Philadelphia Workforce Development Corporation from 2002 to 2005 and Research Coordinator at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, she spent three years with the University of Pennsylvania, contributing her skills and knowledge to women’s health research studies. Throughout her career, Ms. Fulmore-Townsend has been praised for achieving a high level of expertise in her field.

Building upon her professional accomplishments, Ms. Fulmore-Townsend’s academic background laid the foundation for her success. She earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 2002 after completing a Bachelor of Arts in psychology at the same institution between 1997 and 2000. Her personal journey as a beneficiary of various services inspired her to give back to the community that supported her growth and development.
