Trioplast, an oral anti-ulcer dental paste for treating mouth ulcers, has been introduced by ICPA Health Products (ICPA). The main chemical in the paste, triamcinolone acetonide, helps to stop or reduce the irritation and swelling in the mouth by reducing the reaction to the allergen.
Trioplast from ICPA is used to treat inflammatory disorders of the mouth, desquamative gingivitis, lesions of the oral mucosa, mucositis, oral submucous fibrosis, recurrent aphthous ulcers, stomatitis, and ulcerative conditions associated with pemphigus, pemphigoid, and other conditions.
Trioplast 0.1% oral paste comes in a 5 g laminated tube with 1mg of triamcinolone acetonide per gramme of paste.
