Bitcoin price crosses $18,000 for the first time in 2023

Bitcoin saw gains along with several other cryptocurrencies on Thursday, Gadgets 360 crypto price tracker showed on Thursday. The world’s most popular cryptocurrency opened up 4.80 percent. At the time of writing, the price of Bitcoin was $18,208 (roughly Rs 14.8 lakh). This is the first time the cryptocurrency has surpassed $18,000 this year, as well as the first time in the past three months that bitcoin has broken out of its resistance level on both domestic and international exchanges. In the last 24 hours, the value of Bitcoin has increased by $823 (approximately Rs. 67,170).

Dogecoins and Shiba Inuboth memecoins, continued to post gains for the third straight day.

The overall valuation of the crypto market increased by four percent in the last 24 hours. acc CoinMarketCapthe global crypto market cap has reached $890 billion (approximately Rs.72,63,664 billion).

This market spike closely follows the $5 billion (approximately Rs.408.41 billion) rebound from the collapsed crypto exchange FTX . The funds were found in the form of cash, liquid investments and liquid cryptocurrency, said Andrew Dietderich, attorney for FTX, a Delaware court.

Despite the gains in most cryptocurrencies, some are still affected by volatility.
