BTC, ETH reel-in gains, most altcoins post gains for second straight day

Crypto price charts turned green alongside most cryptocurrencies on Wednesday, January 4th. Bitcoin opened with a gain of 0.18 percent and traded at a price of $16,693 (about 13.8 lakh). In the last 24 hours, the BTC value has increased by $25 (approx. Rs. 2,070). The oldest cryptocurrency, although its value has plummeted over the past year, has grown into a powerful asset class since its inception in 2008. In fact, yesterday was the 14th anniversary of the very first Bitcoin block, dubbed the Genesis block, mined.

Greens that indicate gains, including altcoins Uniswap, avalanche, Lion, Wrapped Bitcoin, cosmosand chain link.

Both the meme coins Dogecoins and Shiba Inu also opened with small but significant gains

In the last 24 hours, the overall valuation of the crypto market has increased by 1.60 percent. acc CoinMarketCapcryptocurrency market capitalization is US$818 billion (approximately Rs.67.83.252 billion).

Meanwhile, only a small number of altcoins have settled for losses today.

These include Tron, Stellar, Elrond, iotaand Baby Doge Coin.
