Xiaomi Buds 4 were launched together with the Xiaomi 13 series on Sunday. The latest True Wireless Stereo Earbuds (TWS) made their debut as the successor to last year’s Xiaomi Buds 3, along with a few upgrades. They feature adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC) with Hi-Fi audio and contain dual magnetic drivers. The earbuds feature Bluetooth v5.3 for connectivity and support LHDC 5.0 as well as Hi-Res Audio. The Xiaomi Buds 4 have an IP54 rating for sweat and water resistance. Xiaomi claims that its new TWS earbuds together with the charging case can offer up to 30 hours of playback time in total.

The reissued Xiaomi Buds 4 cost 699 CNY (about 8,200 rupees). Offered in Field Green, Moon Shadow, and Salt Lake White color options, they are currently available for purchase available for purchase in China
Details on the launch of the Xiaomi Buds 4 in global markets including India are yet to be announced by the company.
Xiaomi Buds 4 specifications
That xiaomi Buds 4 are powered by the company’s custom-designed dual-magnetic dynamic graphene drivers and feature dynamic adaptive EQ compensation for better sound output. The in-ear headphones have an adaptive ANC function that is supposed to eliminate wind noise of 32.4 km/h. They also have three AI-assisted microphones.
The Xiaomi Buds 4 earbuds feature spatial audio and offer Type-C charging support. The earphones have an IP54-rated body that is dust and water resistant and an ergonomic design to ensure comfort during long periods of wear.
The new Xiaomi Buds 4 feature Bluetooth v5.3 connectivity with a maximum operating range of 10 meters. The earphones are said to be the first headphones to support the new LHDC 5.0 codec with a sampling rate of up to 192 kHz. They also support AAC and SBC Bluetooth codecs. The earbuds are also Hi-Res Audio certified.
Xiaomi’s new TWS earbuds are said to provide up to six hours of playback on a single charge. The earbuds are accompanied by an oval charging case and their combination is said to deliver up to 30 hours of playtime. They’re also said to offer 2.5 hours of playback time on just a 10-minute charge.
There is a 35mAh battery in each earbud and a 480mAh battery in the charging box. The case can be charged via the included USB Type-C cable.
The Xiaomi Buds 4 measure 50.90 x 58.09 x 26.98 mm with the housing. The earbuds measure 18.62 x 30.68 x 19.70 mm. Each earbud weighs 4.4 grams and the earbuds together with their charging case weigh 37.65 grams.
