OnePlus North 3 The kick-off event in India will take place on July 5th. The company has confirmed the launch of its upcoming premium Nord series smartphones in India alongside the Nord CE 3 and Nord Buds 2R. The OnePlus Nord 3 will likely be launched as the successor to the North 2T (review). OnePlus has confirmed some key details about the Nord 3 5G ahead of its launch. Alongside this, the rumor mill is bringing more and more details about the handset to light. The latest leak from a tipster hints at RAM and camera details of the OnePlus Nord 3.
Tipster Ishan Agarwal Expectations that the India variant of the OnePlus Nord 3 will be launched with up to 16 GB of RAM. While Agarwal didn’t reveal any other RAM options for the Nord 3, OnePlus could launch the phone with 8GB and 12GB RAM as more affordable options. The tipster also uploaded an image suggesting the Nord 3 will support RAM-Vita, OnePlus’ version of virtual RAM.
According to the tipster, there will also be a 50-megapixel Sony IMX890 primary camera sensor on the rear with optical image stabilization support. The same camera sensor is in the One Plus 11 (review) and the OnePlus 11R (review).
The teaser image shared by OnePlus confirms that the Nord 3 will have a triple camera setup on the rear. The handset will also come in two color options: Tempest Gray and Misty Green. OnePlus also announced that the phone will have a flat display and bezel. On the right edge of the handset is the alert slider, with the power button below it. The phone’s volume rocker is on the left side.
The Nord 3 from OnePlus is tipped It features a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC, a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, and a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charge support.
A recent leak has also claimed that the price of the OnePlus Nord 3 will start from Rs in India. 32,999 for the base configuration with 8GB + 128GB storage. The company will announce the official price and availability details of the smartphone at the event on July 5th.
