Realme C53 is expected to launch in India soon. The company hasn’t announced or officially teased the phone yet, but a promotional poster for the smartphone was recently released leaked. The smartphone will likely be the second Realme C-series phone to launch in the country. The company released the Realme C55 Earlier this year, it made headlines for being the first Android phone with a mini-capsule and closely resembling the iPhone’s Dynamic Island feature. A new leak shared design renders of the alleged Realme C53 and suggested some key specs of the smartphone.

According to an Appuals report, the Realme C53 launches as a budget proposition in India. The phone was reportedly spotted on Thailand’s NBTC website with model number RMX3760. It has also reportedly received EEC and FCC certifications. The phone is expected to launch soon at a price below Rs. 10,000, according to the leak. The phone is expected to come in black and gold color options.

The upcoming Realme C series smartphone is expected to feature a 6.74-inch IPS HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is expected to be powered by a Unisoc T612 4G SoC, paired with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 128GB of onboard UFS 2.2 storage. According to the leak, the handset will also come with an additional 6GB of virtual RAM.

The Realme C53’s dual rear camera unit is expected to feature a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 0.3-megapixel sensor housed in a square module on the top left of the back, along with the LED flash unit. A 5-megapixel selfie camera is likely housed in the waterdrop notch at the top of the display.

The Realme C53 is expected to feature a 5,000mAh battery with 33W SuperVOOC support for wired fast charging, the leak added. The smartphone with dual nano SIM support could be equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security reasons. It’s also said to have a 3.5mm headphone jack and a dedicated micro SD card slot. The thickness of the handset is expected to be 7.59mm.

The company on Thursday launched its slimmest smartphone yet, the Realme Narzo N53, with a thickness of 7.49 mm. It is offered in Feather Black and Feather Gold color options and costs Rs. 8,999 and Rs. 10,999 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variants respectively.
