Realme GT Neo 5, an upcoming smartphone range in the company’s GT Neo series, is reportedly in the works. Alleged renders of this smartphone were recently leaked online, offering a detailed look at the alleged phone’s camera module. Realme GT Neo 5 is believed to be the successor of Realme GT Neo 3. It is speculated that it will have the same camera module on the back as the newly launched Realme 10 Pro series. Previous reports indicated that the Realme GT Neo 5 will be available in two variants with two different battery capacities.
According to the renders leaked by the tipster @OnLeaks (Steve Hemmerstoffer) in cooperation Smartprix reveals that the Realme GT Neo 5 has a rectangular black camera module at the top rear, mounted on the black panel that covers about a third of the smartphone. The handset is said to have two circular camera holes.
The tipster also revealed that the flash in the device will be next to the camera sensors, next to it is Matrix AI Camera. The smartphone was presented in the white color variant, as indicated in the report. Information about the possibility of further color variants is not yet available.
The Reame GT Neo 5 will reportedly have one Rich Branding near the bottom left corner of the device and the power button on the right side. If you believe the reports, the upcoming smartphone will have a completely different design than its predecessor Realme GT Neo 3.
Aside from the expected design, some of the handset’s key features and specs have also been previously leaked. A previous report recommended that the Realme GT Neo 5 will debut in two variants with different battery and charging specifications. While one variant is said to come with 4,600mAh with 240W fast-charging support, another model could get a 5,000mAh battery with 150W fast-charging support. The Sony IMX890 primary camera sensor is also expected to come with optical image stabilization (OIS) support.
Meanwhile Realme started the Realme 10 Pro+ 5G last week. The phone is available with a 120Hz curved vision display with India’s first 2160Hz PWM dimming. It is powered by a Dimensity 1080 5G SoC and a 5000mAh battery.
