Vivo V27 Pro and Vivo V27 were launched in India on Wednesday. As the successor to the Vivo V25 series launched by the Chinese smartphone brand last year, the latest Vivo V27 series runs on the Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13 and packs top-of-the-line MediaTek SoCs. They feature 3D curved screens with 120Hz refresh rates and color-changing rear glass panels. Both the Vivo V27 Pro and Vivo V27 offer triple rear cameras. The Vivo V27 Pro is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, while the vanilla model has a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 5G SoC under the hood.

The Vivo V27 Pro The price in India has been fixed at Rs. 37,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and Rs. 39,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The top-end 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model is priced at Rs. 42,999. The Vivo V27, on the other hand, is priced at Rs. 32,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model and Rs. 36,999 for 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. Reservations for the Vivo V27 Pro starts today (March 1st) and goes on sale March 6th. Vivo V27 sales will start on March 23rd. Consumers who pre-order the new handsets with HDFC, ICICI and Kotak Mahindra bank cards and HDB financial services can avail a flat Rs discount. 3,000.

The Vivo V27 Pro is powered by a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC coupled with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The Vivo V27, on the other hand, runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 5G SoC.
Both models feature a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766V primary sensor with OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel sensor with a macro lens. The rear camera supports various video and photo modes, including wedding portrait, aura light, panorama, and time-lapse photography, among others. On the front, the Vivo V27 Pro and Vivo V27 have a 50MP sensor with autofocus.
The devices of the Vivo V27 series have up to 256 GB of integrated UFS 3.1 storage, which is not expandable via a microSD card. Connectivity options include 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.3, GPS, Beidu, Glonass, Galileo, Navic and a USB Type-C port. Onboard sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, e-compass, gyroscope, and proximity sensor. They also pack fingerprint sensors for authentication.
The Vivo V27 Pro and Vivo V27 are supported by a 4,600mAh battery with 66W fast charging, which is said to deliver up to a 50 percent charge in just 19 minutes. The Pro model measures 164.1 x 74.8 x 7.36 mm and weighs 182 grams. The Vivo V27 measures approximately 164.1 x 74.8 x 7.4 mm and weighs 180 grams.
