Xbox Game Pass is adding six new titles in the first half of February, including Atomic Heart as a day-one title. In it, you will be transported to a steampunk-style utopian world where humans and robots once lived in harmony. A technological glitch caused the metallic beings to gain their own minds and wage war against humans. Armed with a power gauntlet and state-of-the-art weaponry, players will engage in explosive encounters in search of the greater truth. Atomic Heart is coming to PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming, Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X on February 20th. Xbox is also bringing Madden NFL 23 to Game Pass just in time for the Super Bowl LVII event. It will be available for free as part of the EA Play subscription included with Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Atomic Heart isn’t the only gory addition to Xbox Game Pass this month since Shadow Warrior 3: Definitive Edition cuts in Xbox cloud gaming, Xbox OneAnd personal computer, on February 16. This unusual first-person shooter sends you to a mythical Asian land haunted by demonic yokai from Japanese folklore to reclaim an ancient dragon. Armed with a katana and an arsenal of heavy firearms, you set out on the lands to slay enemies in one go fateful, High octane fashion. Just before that, embark on an epic medieval adventure in Mount & Blade II: Banner Lord, as you build a squad of soldiers, complete quests, raid and command camps, and engage in all-out battles against enemy forces. It will be available on February 14th for cloud, console and PC.

Cities: skylines comes via a “Remastered” tag on current-gen consoles, which essentially uses their power to display more tiles on screen – on par with the standard PC version. Arriving February 15th on Cloud and the Xbox Series S/X, this city builder simulator puts you in the role of a mayor as you design buildings and roads, balancing basic public needs like education, law enforcement, healthcare and more. It also features a day and night cycle where traffic realistically slows down after sunset. For the mecha heads out there this month, Xbox brings SD Gundam Battle Alliance later tonight. In it, you’ll acquire mobile suits and relive the greatest moments from Gundam history, marred by a mysterious phenomenon.

Over and beyond, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscribers get early trial access to EAs answer to the monster hunter Franchise, Wild Hearts. The Gates to the Fantasy Lands of Azuma will open three days early on February 13th, offering limited access to the game. If you decide to buy the game at launch, all progression and save data will carry over, and you’ll get a 10 percent discount if you’re one EAPlay Member.

Earlier this monthXbox also brought the Gothic roguelike Darkest dungeon and the motorsport title Grid: Legends to the Game Pass.
