Steam Replay 2022 now with a look back at the past year

Steam Replay 2022 is here, detailing your personal experiences on the platform over the past year. Similar to Spotify Wrapped and PlayStation 2022 Wrap-Up, the feature offers a statistical analysis of your gaming milestones on PC – from most played games, total achievements unlocked, a monthly breakdown and more. And you can share everything with your friends. Let’s be honest, that’s what these annual reviews are all about. Steam Replay totals your total playtime between “the first second of January 1st and the last second of December 14th (GMT)” as long as you spent it online. Progress made while logged in as “Invisible” also counts, just not in “Offline Mode”.

Steam Replay 2022: How do I get mine?

The year-end closing feature can be accessed by clicking on the box steam Store Page – You’ll have to scroll down a bit – or by visiting the play page and sign up. This shows a custom infographic with an overwhelming amount of information, set to Private by default. One could then click the drop-down list so it’s only visible to friends, or share a public link for anyone to open. Next comes a pie chart that breaks down the percentage of games played that were new releases, classics released 8-9 years ago, and current favorites that have fallen in the last seven years. There’s even a spider chart that selects your most played genres – in Steam’s case these are called tags – and takes a look at what kind of games you’ve shown an affinity for. Then there are some community-based records, such as B. Earned badges, games you gifted, new friends, shared screenshots, reviews, etc.

At the very bottom of Steam Replay 2022, you’ll be greeted with a grid view of all the Steam games you launched in 2022 – even the ones you refunded – noting the month in which you first opened them .
