On Monday, gold and silver futures prices were declining. At 10:29 a.m. on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold for delivery in October 2022 was trading at Rs 51,325 per 10 grams, down Rs 154, or 0.30 percent. The previous session’s gold rate with the October contract was Rs 51,479 per 10 grams. Simultaneously, gold for December delivery was trading at Rs 51,554 per 10 gram, down Rs 184 or 0.36 percent. The previous session’s gold price with the December contract was Rs 51,738 per 10 grams.

Price of silver in the futures market
The price of silver for delivery in September 2022 on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) was Rs 55,496 per kg, down Rs 368, or 0.66 percent. Earlier on Friday, the September contract silver price was Rs 56,488 per kg.

Simultaneously, silver in the December contract was trading at Rs 56,156 per kg, down Rs 332 or 0.59 percent. The previous session’s silver price in the December contract was Rs 56,488 per kg. Similarly, silver in the March contract was trading at 57,300 per kg, down Rs 489 or 0.85%. The previous session’s silver price was Rs 57,789

Global Market Gold Price
Globally, the price of gold for the month of December was down 0.33 percent at $1,757.10 per ounce. The price of gold was trading at $1,743.49 per ounce on the spot market at the same time, down 0.20 percent.

Internationally, silver
On the Comex, silver for delivery in December 2022 was trading 0.58 percent lower internationally at $19.07 per ounce. In a similar vein, silver’s spot market price fell by 0.23 percent to $ 19 for an ounce.
