WD-40 increases dividend by more than 6%

said Tuesday that its board of directors announced a dividend increase of more than 6% to 83 cents a share. The dividend is payable Jan. 31 to shareholders of record by the close of business on Jan. 13, the cleaning and personal care products maker said. Shares of WD-40 were flat in Tuesday’s extended session after ending regular trading up 1.2%.
