Apple is gearing up for the highly anticipated launch of its iPhone 16 series, with the iPhone 16 Pro Max poised to be the flagship model. Scheduled to debut at an Apple event on September 9, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is expected to introduce a striking new color option: ‘Desert Titanium.’
A recent leak featuring an alleged dummy unit of the iPhone 16 Pro Max reveals this new hue, which appears to be a sophisticated blend of brown and gold. The unit also showcases a matte-textured back panel with chrome side rails, consistent with Apple’s design language for previous Pro models.
In addition to its eye-catching color, the iPhone 16 Pro Max is rumored to feature several upgrades. The device is anticipated to sport a larger 6.9-inch display with ultra-thin bezels, powered by the new Apple A18 Pro chipset. It will include support for Apple Intelligence, the company’s suite of AI features.
The camera system is set to receive a significant boost with a 48-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, alongside the existing tetraprism telephoto lens introduced with the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Battery life is expected to improve with a 4,676mAh battery, up from the previous model’s 4,441mAh capacity. Additionally, the iPhone 16 Pro Max might debut a new dedicated ‘capture’ button on its rear panel, complementing its triple camera setup and LED flash.
With these anticipated enhancements and the fresh ‘Desert Titanium’ color option, the iPhone 16 Pro Max promises to make a notable impact in Apple’s upcoming lineup.
