NEW YORK – Former child star Orlando Brown has pleaded not guilty to charges of assault stemming from an alleged altercation in Lima, Ohio.
According to Allen County Sheriff’s Office records, Brown, 35, was taken into custody Thursday morning and held on $25,000 bail. He was arraigned in Lima Municipal Court on Friday and charged with aggravated threats, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Police told the Times they were called into a home and witnessed a verbal argument which they feared could turn violent.
The Times said an attorney has not yet been hired to represent Brown.
Best known for the Disney Channel series That’s So Raven, Brown has had numerous legal and other personal issues, including domestic battery charges, resisting arrest, and drug possession.
He was in medical and rehab facilities. In 2018 he asked Dr. Phil McGraw for help, who brought him onto his TV show to talk about Brown’s struggles.
