BAY LAKE, Fla. – Walt Disney World announced its new Toy Story theme Family Restaurant, Roundup Rodeo BBQis accepting reservations from February 21st.
The restaurant is scheduled to open on March 23 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, brings to life the stories, characters and hearts from Disney Pixar’s award-winning Toy Story films. It’s a place where guests shrink to the size of a toy and feel like they’ve entered a clever, whimsical world filled with beloved toys.

“This is a new restaurant destination that will be based on Andy’s backyard in Toy Story land,” said Jared Sell, Walt Disney Imagineering project manager. “As guests enter the country you are greeted by Woody in the marquee in Andy’s backyard and just beyond that you see a west front and you start to smell the grill.”

Imagineers said that dining place will be very open with big displays.
First announced in 2019, Disney said that Imagineers worked closely with the animators and designers at Disney Pixar Animation Studios to bring characters and art from the films to life in new ways only possible at Disney’s Hollywood Studios . Guests will even see completely redesigned comic strips about Woody’s adventures, which Andy used as part of the dining room ceiling design.
