CELEBRATION, Fla. – Ice Cube famously said it was a good day when he got the Fatburger. Now, it is time for all of us here in Orlando to experience this good day.

The L.A-based burger chain Fatburger is opening its first Orlando-area location at 1713 Future Way in Celebration on Thursday, according to the restaurant’s Facebook.

Fatburger is known for its classic burgers, served on a toasted bun with “The Works” (lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, pickles and relish).

It also serves impossible burgers, turkey burgers, chicken sandwiches, chili cheese dogs and fries.

This is the first of 10 locations planned for the area, as previously announced. Currently, there is only one location open in Florida – in the Tampa area.

The Fatburger locations in Orlando will be co-branded with Buffalo’s Express, so guests can also get bone-in or boneless wings with their burgers.

Meanwhile, Fatburger is owned by FAT (Fresh, Authentic, Tasty) Brands Inc., which owns other restaurant chains such as Johnny Rockets, Twin Peaks and Fazoli’s.

“We see great opportunity in bringing our other restaurants to the state such as Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express,” said FAT Brands CEO Andy Wiederhorn in a previous statement. “We look forward to opening our doors in Orlando and welcoming locals and tourists alike to experience our juicy, custom-built burgers and award-winning wings.”
