FELSMERE, Fla. – The biggest Frogs Leg Festival bounces back to Fellsmere this weekend.

The 32nd annual Fellsmere Frog Leg Festival returns this week, serving up thousands of pounds of frog legs and alligators.

The festival starts on Thursday and lasts until Sunday, with free admission and parking. There will be free shuttles that will take festival-goers to and from the festival from Mesa Park.

While the food is the main event, carnival rides are available for purchase. There will also be live music on weekends.

If dinner pickup is required, a drive-through option is available for cash purchases only.

According to the website, the event began in 1990 to raise funds and has grown steadily ever since.

“Fellsmere has been declared the Frogs Legs Capital of the World and the Frogs Legs Festival holds 2 Guinness World Records for the most Frogs Legs served over the course of a working day and is the largest Frogs Legs Festival in the World!” website reads.
