The Orlando Taco & Margarita Festival opens the spectacular weekend

ORANGE COUNTY, Florida. – Ready for fiesta, party and tango?

The Orlando Taco and Margarita Festival returns to Camping World Stadium on Saturday, February 4th to celebrate your weekend. The festival takes place from 12pm to 5pm

The festival features a variety of unique and flavorful tacos and margaritas from local vendors, food trucks and taquerias throughout Central Florida.

Local businesses such as El Pollo Gordo, Solita Tacos, The Dancing Empanada, Casas Frida Street Tacos and East Coast Tacos will be featured at the festival. The Taste of Chevere, Normad’s Street Tacos and Chill In Tacos Ice Cream Taqueria will also present premium menus at the festival.

Tacos are $5 and include dishes like a ‘bacalaito’ taco with fried cod and seasoned with Puerto Rican herbs and spices. Also featured is an “alcapurria” taco with sofrito, a spiced tomato sauce, yucca and plantains stuffed with picadillo.

Festival-goers can expect other delicious dishes, like the “Birria” taco, which features braised beef topped with Oaxaca cheese, a soft but mellow cheese made from cow’s milk. Another taco, “Chicken Vampiro,” consists of a soft tortilla that’s grilled until crisp.

Additional tacos consist of chorizo, a type of spiced pork, chicken mango, BBQ chicken, and cheesesteak. Mexican street corn, also known as elote, and a variety of other empanadas options will also be available to attendees.

The festival also features a live mariachi band, an ax throwing and taco-eating competition, live wrestling and entertainment, face painting and more than 50 community arts and crafts vendors.

Parking for the event is free, while tickets are available Monday through Saturday.

General admission tickets range from $12 to $20. VIP tickets range from $79 to $99 for access to the VIP lounge and a taco bar, as well as early entry starting at 11:00 a.m

Children under 12 have free entry.
